We are an international group of patient research partners and researchers and we are interested in exploring the relationship between cardiovascular diseases and rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMDs). Therefore, we would like to understand the opinion of people living with one or more RMDs, about cardiovascular prevention and cardiovascular diseases. This will help improving the management and clinical experience of people with RMDs, so your opinion/participation will be instrumental to make this change. 

There are no right or wrong answers because we are interested in your perspective. Completing the survey will take about 10-15 minutes. Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary, and you can withdraw anytime. 

Your answers are anonymous and cannot be linked to any individual person. The information collected in this survey will be kept confidential and only used for this study. The results of this study may be published as a scientific article in print or online and presented at conferences.
