Pay Transparency Study – Powered by gradar

Welcome and thank you for your interest in participating in our study – your contribution is highly valued.

What is the purpose of this study?

The EU Directive on Pay Transparency, adopted in May 2023, aims to advance gender equality and pay equity across the European Union by requiring companies to be transparent about their pay structures and ensure equal pay for equal work.

This study involves assessing how organisations are preparing to comply with this directive. We have developed a scale to measure pay transparency within organisations and will use it to explore organisational readiness, identify challenges in implementing transparent pay structures, and understand the factors that facilitate effective pay transparency practices.

How can you take part in this research?

Please answer the following questions and statements based on your organisation’s current practices. There are no right or wrong answers — your honest responses are crucial for the study's success. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete and is fully anonymous.

At the end of the survey, you can enter a raffle to win one of two €50 Amazon gift cards and sign up for our email newsletter to receive the study results once finalised.

Thank you again for your valuable participation!
