Welcome to the first round of the Delphi survey conducted as part of the evaluation study of the project "City dwellers – Community Health Ambassadors – Cancer Prevention for Women." We are delighted that you have agreed to participate and sincerely thank you for contributing your expertise and experience.

The project "City dwellers – Community Health Ambassadors – Cancer Prevention for Women" aims to provide women with migration history with accessible information on cancer prevention through trained Community Health Ambassadors and to facilitate their access to preventive healthcare services. As part of the accompanying evaluation study, the project's implementation, effectiveness, and sustainability are being examined to generate insights for the further development of similar approaches.

The aim of this Delphi survey is to identify key success factors, challenges, and opportunities for further development of the project in collaboration with experts from healthcare, community organizations, academia, and project coordination, and to develop consensus-based recommendations.

This survey consists of several rounds. In the first round, we invite you to answer three open-ended questions. Your responses will then be analyzed in a pseudonymized way and summarized by theme. In the subsequent rounds, you will have the opportunity to evaluate and prioritize the identified themes and recommendations.

Participation in this survey is voluntary. All information provided will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for scientific purposes within the framework of the evaluation study. Data will be analyzed in a pseudonymized form. The study has received ethical approval from the Ethics Committee of the Medical University of Vienna (Reference No. EK 1266/2026).
