Evaluating Chatbot Interactions and Consumer-Brand Relationships

The purpose of this survey is to investigate the extent to which different levels of human-like communication in AI chatbot conversations influence consumer-brand relationships among Generation Z in a customer service context. You will be presented with a fictitious AI customer service chatbot conversation and asked to answer a series of questions about your impressions.
