The data will be stored until the workshops are completed and then deleted.
8. Legal basis
For the processing of personal data in connection with the above-mentioned research project, consent is required in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR and serves as the legal basis.
9. Rights of the data subject
If personal data is processed by the undersigned, he is a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR and has the following rights vis-à-vis the controller.
Pursuant to Article 15 ff. of the GDPR, he/she has the right to request from the controller, under the conditions defined therein, access to the personal data concerning him/her, as well as the rectification or erasure of such data or the restriction of the processing, a right to object to the processing and the right to data portability. Pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR, the data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority (https://www.ldi.nrw.de/) if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes this regulation. If the processing is based on the consent of the data subject (see Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a, Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR), he/she also has the right to revoke the consent at any time without incurring any disadvantages and without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation; this only takes effect in the future.
